女子神秘失蹤牽扯連環血案，變態“惡鬼”隱匿20年竟在身邊？
養豬場獸醫于娜（陳都靈 飾）夜行失蹤下落不明，線索指向20年前犯下駭人聽聞連環奸殺案的“惡鬼”，慘絕人寰的割耳手段令人毛骨悚然......新的受害者也陸續出現，7條無辜性命慘遭虐殺，然而真兇卻人間蒸發？當年身陷此案的警察馮泰山（寧理 飾）決心揪出“惡鬼”，并尋找獸醫于娜的蹤跡，其養豬場雇主閆慧茹（劉敏濤 飾）一家，大兒子張曉軍（王迅 飾）與小兒子張小偉（段博文 飾）行為怪異疑點重重，每個人似乎都有著不為人知的一面，調查逐漸陷入困境。兇手隱匿，極惡滔天，然而在真相背后，隱藏著一個更加血腥殘忍的黑暗秘密……
